The beautiful king room was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the spacious shower with adjustable heads. The room showed signs of wear, with marks on the walls that could benefit from an update. It's a great spot for a weekend getaway if you prioritize comfort over modern aesthetics.

What I did not like is there were no instructions about parking when we arrived we parked in the ennis/conrad parking garage and it was not marked we had to walk in heals around a block to get in no one knew where to send us that should be in the info when you register!

The bed came only with the sheet covered comforter but no separate sheet. It was hot with it and cool without it. Required the a/c in cool weather. I didn't sleep well.Bed skirt had noticeable stains on it.

Really brilliant base for rest. Fabulous and exceptionally comfortable hotel for weekend. Spotless and incredibly spacious rooms with high speed internet access, the marble floored bathroom plus coffee maker, private parking. Nice decor throughout and incredibly nice staff with excellent customer service from valet. Beautiful and incredible location, a few steps away from a shopping mall. Only 5 min walk to downtown.

I had reasonably priced food for breakfast at the grill. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Hilbert Circle Theatre was great. Also, the area was beautiful.

This is what stood out
From the friendly staff to the fine decor, every moment was good. The spa and pool were really good, perfect for a relaxing escape. The wine tasting event was a charming touch, with our server even bringing us ice in a lovely container. Can't wait to return!

Sadly, the room seemed like a throwback to the '80s with faded carpets and scuffed furniture. No ice machine was found on the ninth floor. Plus, the restroom cleanliness left something to be desired, with unwashed surfaces even after a few days. Lastly, charging for Wi-Fi seemed out of place for such a high-end hotel.

We explored the IMAX Theater and visited the Indianapolis Zoo, super fun. The staff was friendly and helped us feel welcome. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Just a heads up though, there were a lot of homeless folks in the area, so be prepared for that. Definitely a great spot for a group vacation!
One downside was the valet service. They repeatedly brought us the wrong car, frustrating because it delayed our plans.

nice stay but room could be better
The staff was really nice with really good service. During our wine tasting, they even brought us a lovely container filled with ice for our wine.
The room decor felt a bit outdated, lacking the luxury expected.
